How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Key Stage 2 Teacher – SEND Primary School
    Are you a passionate Key Stage 2 Teacher looking for a permanent opportunity in a welcoming and supportive school? Do you want to teach a small class where you can make a real impact on pupils’ learning and development? This friendly SEND primary school is looking to appoint a dedicated KS2 Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis.

    As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive lessons that inspire a love for learning. You will create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel supported, nurtured and happy! The school prides itself on its supportive leadership team and collaborative staff culture, making it an excellent place to develop your teaching career.

    This role would suit an experienced SEND Teacher or a Key Stage 2 Teacher who has experience teaching children with special educational needs in a mainstream setting. QTS is required for this school.

    Job Role:

    Teaching a Key Stage 2 class in a supportive SEND primary school
    Planning and delivering engaging lessons that are tailored to the needs of your pupils
    Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
    Supporting pupils’ academic progress and personal development
    Assessing, monitoring and recording pupil progress
