The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Nursery Teacher who can contribute positively to school life and deliver a high standard of education within the Early Years setting. This role will involve full teaching responsibilities, including planning, marking, and effective behaviour management.
Key Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Recent experience teaching within EYFS
Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum
Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment
A proactive, “can-do” attitude and a willingness to become part of a collaborative team
Commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
Willingness to attend training and professional development as requiredCompliance & Safeguarding
Ability to attend an interview with Smile Education
Willingness to complete all relevant safeguarding and compliance checks
Provide a minimum of two professional references
