How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Construction & Logistics Co‑ordinator

    Location: Dublin (Site-Based)
    Contract Type: Permanent
    Salary: Competitive, equivalent to €40,000 - €50,000 (DOE)

    About the Role

    We are currently recruiting a Construction & Logistics Co‑ordinator to support logistics and construction operations on a major, high‑profile Data Centre project. Working closely with the Construction Logistics Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating site deliveries, managing booking systems, and ensuring the efficient flow of materials in line with the project programme.
    This is an excellent opportunity to join a market‑leading contractor delivering critical infrastructure within a fast‑growing sector.

    Key Responsibilities

    Coordinate daily site deliveries, access arrangements, and material movements
    Manage and maintain the delivery booking system, tracking logistics schedules
    Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and on‑site construction teams
    Review, mark up, and update drawings using Bluebeam (or equivalent software)
    Maintain accurate site records and documentation via the Project Site Access System
    Monitor storage areas, laydown zones, and ensure compliance with traffic management plans
    Produce regular logistics and progress reports for the wider project team
    Attend weekly look‑ahead meetings and mark up drawings for logistics routes in advance

    Candidate Requirements

    Background in Construction, Civil Engineering, Logistics, or a related discipline
    1-3 years' experience in a construction, site coordination, or logistics role
    Experience using Bluebeam, PDF Editor, or similar drawing review software
    Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
    Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, site‑based environment
    Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills
    Experience working on large‑scale or data centre projects is advantageous but not essential
