What you’ll do

* Contribute within a flat team structure through pair programming, whiteboarding, and joint architectural design

* Participate in a strong peer‑review culture, ensuring every line of code is reviewed and contributing to continuous learning

* Work closely with Product Owners, Account Managers, and Operations teams to deliver great customer experiences and maintain stable, reliable applications

* Take part in sprint planning and other Scrum practices to help drive value and improve team effectiveness

What we’re looking for

* Commercial experience with modern programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript, React, or similar technologies

* Solid understanding of MVC patterns or modern JavaScript frameworks

* Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows

* Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn, evolve, and share knowledge

* Bonus: Experience with accessibility standards, testing frameworks, or software design best practices
