A friendly and welcoming primary school in Camden is seeking a reliable and proactive Premises Assistant to join our team on a short-term basis for a few weeks.
This is a hands-on role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school site. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
General maintenance and basic repairs
Opening and closing the school site
Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld
Assisting with deliveries and setting up rooms for school activities
Supporting the site manager with ad hoc tasksRequirements:
Practical, can-do attitude
Basic maintenance or caretaking experience preferred
Good awareness of health and safety
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Must hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificateDetails:
Location: Camden
Duration: A few weeks (temporary cover)
Hours: Rotating shifts – 7:00am–2:00pm and 12:00pm–7:00pm
