We're partnering with a globally recognised, customer-led brand to find a Senior Finance Analyst who loves getting close to the business and making a real impact.
This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a role that sits right at the heart of commercial decision-making - supporting a dynamic, multi-site operation and working closely with senior stakeholders across the UK.
The role
This isn't a "sit behind a spreadsheet" type of role.
You'll be partnering with operational and commercial leaders, helping them understand performance, spot opportunities, and ultimately drive better decisions across a large, fast-paced estate.
A big part of the role is supporting partnered business models (think franchise / licensed environments), but don't worry if you haven't worked in that exact structure before. What matters is your ability to influence, challenge and translate numbers into insight.
What you'll be doing
Acting as a true business partner to senior stakeholders across a multi-site operation
Providing clear, insightful analysis on performance, trends and opportunities
Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
Helping shape commercial decisions through data and storytelling
Working closely with teams across operations, finance and leadership
What we're looking for
You might already be a Senior Analyst, or a strong Finance Analyst ready to step up within a large global business.
You'll likely come from a multi-site or fast-paced environment, such as:
Retail
FMCG
Hospitality
Leisure
Logistics / supply chainExperience in franchise or licensed models is a bonus
What matters more is that you:
Are confident working with large, complex data sets
Enjoy partnering with non-finance stakeholders
Can turn numbers into clear, commercial insight
Are naturally curious and like to challenge the "why"
