The successful Internal Sales Manager/ Quotation Manager/ Sales Manager will manage the quotations and maintenance team, within the building servicing sector, including plumbing, heating and drainage, dealing with inbound sales enquiries and partnering closely with the field engineering team ensuring seamless follow ups.
The ideal Internal Sales Manager/Quotation Manager/ Sales Manager will have experience in inbound sales, preparing quotations and estimations and people management, ideally within engineering.

Dealing with inbound quote enquiries for building services, including plumbing, heating and drainage and converting to revenue
Liaise with the engineering team and arrange site visits for follow ups and costings of service contracts and commissioning.
Identify higher value work to grow the quotes function to £2.2 million+
Manage the quotation team and drive forward sales, identify gaps in conversion.
Office based in Oldbury.Internal Sales Manager/ Quotation Manager/ Sales Manager requirements:
Previous experience in an internal sales manager role or similar
Have experience growing a sales or quotes function
Great communicator and able to build strong relationships across engineers and internal teams.
Previous experience in leading a team
Experience in Plumbing, heating and drainage beneficial but not necessary.
Willing to commute to the office near Oldbury
