The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Plumber to join a well-established organisation, delivering responsive repairs within the social housing sector.
This is a full-time, permanent position (39 hours per week) and a mobile role covering Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire and Stevenage. You will also be required to take part in an out-of-hours callout rota, with additional pay.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied properties
Complete a range of multi-trade tasks including tiling, basic carpentry, plastering and general repairs
Deliver high-quality work with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Manage your own workload and work independently
Ensure all work is completed in line with Health & Safety regulationsAbout You
Qualified Plumber (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
Experience in multi-trade work
Previous experience in social housing or a customer-focused environment (desirable)
Strong time management and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Willingness to participate in an out-of-hours rotaWhat's on Offer
