Location: City of London
Salary: £44,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Rolling Shift Pattern)
* 7:00am – 4:00pm
* 8:00am – 5:00pm
* 9:00am – 6:00pm
* 10:00am – 7:00pm
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Fabric Maintenance Engineer to join our team, working across a prestigious site in the City of London. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in building fabric maintenance who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works on building fabric elements
* General maintenance including carpentry, painting & decorating, basic plumbing, and minor repairs
* Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
* Identify and report any additional works or potential issues
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
* Work collaboratively with other engineers and site teams
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a Fabric Maintenance or Handyperson role
* Strong all-round knowledge of building maintenance
* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills
* Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential)
