L&D Consultant – AI Data – Local Authority – Central London

£444 - £600+ per day (negotiable depending on experience)

Hybrid working available

3 months initial contract – likely to be extended

Job Responsibilities:

We are at the beginning of our organisational journey in data and AI capability building. The L&D Consultant will work directly with the Director of Organisational Capability to design a clear, ambitious and practical enterprise-wide learning strategy focused on AI and data capability uplift.

This role will create the strategic blueprint for how we:

* Raise foundational AI and data literacy across the entire organisation.

* Build targeted data and AI learning pathways for specific functional areas.

* Develop technical programmes (including apprenticeship levy-funded options) to support specialist upskilling and professional certification.

You must have:

* Extensive experience in L&D strategy, organisational development, or talent management at a senior/strategic level.

* Experience of working directly within a local authority
