Location: East Midlands (commutable from Nottingham, Derby, surrounding areas)
Salary: £25,000 – £40,000 basic + uncapped commission + car allowance

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing and well-established business in the East Midlands. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to add a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to their team.

Key Responsibilities
* Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and lead follow-up
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
* Meet and exceed individual sales targets
* Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate information
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a sales or business development role
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence
