We are seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a busy civil litigation team based in Sheffield.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing litigation department handling a broad and varied caseload within a supportive and client-focused environment.
The Role
The successful candidate will work on a wide range of contentious matters, including property disputes, contract disputes, contentious probate, and professional negligence claims.
This is a highly client-facing role offering the opportunity to develop your own areas of specialism while contributing to a growing caseload. The role also includes involvement in business development and marketing activity for the department.
Full-time and part-time applicants will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters
Advising clients on contentious probate, property, contract, and negligence disputes
Handling client communications and managing expectations
Developing specialist areas of practice
Supporting business development and departmental growth
Delivering efficient case progression and high standards of client care
