Insurance Customer Care Executive

The Role

As part of a small and supportive customer care team, you'll be helping existing clients with:
* Policy amendments
* Updating personal or business details
* Renewal conversations, checking whats changed and offering guidance
* Providing quotes and answering day-to-day queries
