Description
Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts to support business performance tracking.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial targets are met.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to aid strategic decision-making.
Monitor and report on key financial metrics, identifying trends and variances.
Support the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with auditors as required.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and systems.
Assist in cash flow management and cost control initiatives.Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
A recognised qualification in Accounting or Finance (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
Proven experience in management accounting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
An ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
