In the role of Specialist Physiotherapist, you will:
Conduct comprehensive holistic assessments of patients.
Formulate individualised physiotherapy treatment plans.
Deliver physiotherapy sessions in home or community settings to maximise patient independence.
Educate patients and carers on the correct use of mobility and functional equipment.
Travel regionally to visit patients at home, requiring a full UK driving licence.

The ideal candidate for the Specialist Physiotherapist role will have:
Previous community experience or a track record of working autonomously.
Experience in an acute care setting.
HCPC registration.
Strong IT skills.
Willingness to cover three different shift patterns, 5 days out of 7.
