Working effectively as part of a high-performing team of support workers
Providing high-quality care and stability to vulnerable young people
Supporting service users navigating early trauma and behavioural challenges
Encouraging engagement with the local Elgin community and educational settings
Maintaining clear, professional boundaries at all times
Upholding a professional manner and working strictly to National Care Standards
Working a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holiday periodsTo be successful in your application, you will:
Have proven experience in a residential setting with young people
Bring a flexible, "can-do" attitude to every shift
Possess strong communication and de-escalation skills
Be registered (or willing to register) under the PVG scheme
Hold a full UK driving licence
