Salary: Up to £32,000 (DOE)
We are partnering with a growing and ambitious freight forwarding business based in Birmingham, I'm currently looking to recruit an Ocean & Road Coordinator to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Freight forwarder who wants to be part of a company that genuinely invests in its people, offers outstanding benefits, and is continuing to grow year on year.
The Role:
Managing the end-to-end processes for Ocean
Liaising with overseas agents, shipping lines, hauliers, and customers
Preparing and checking Export documentation
Tracking shipments and providing proactive updates to customers
Ensuring customs clearance processes are completed accurately
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in Ocean & Road Operations (experience in either mode is essential!)
Strong understanding of Export documentation and procedures
A minimum of 3 years prior experience working for a freight forwarder
Experience with start to finish operations for Road & Sea Ideally.
