The appointed Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support project delivery from inception through to completion, working closely with senior team members and clients. This Assistant Quantity Surveyor role offers structured training, strong mentorship and clear progression, making it perfect for a motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor eager to progress towards chartership within a well-established consultancy.

The Role
* Assisting with cost planning, budgeting and feasibility studies as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
* Supporting procurement processes, tendering and contractor engagement
* Assisting with contract administration duties (primarily JCT)
* Monitoring project costs, variations and financial reporting
* Supporting valuations and final accounts as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
* Liaising with clients, contractors and project teams
* Working closely with senior surveyors to ensure successful delivery

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor?
* Degree qualified (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
* Experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or relevant industry placement
* Basic understanding of JCT contracts and commercial processes
* Keen to work towards MRICS chartership
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Motivated and career-driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor
