The Role
You’ll be involved in a broad mix of project and professional work across commercial, residential, and public‑sector properties. Typical responsibilities include:
Building surveys, condition assessments, and defect analysis
Preparing specifications, schedules of work, and technical reports
Contract administration and project management
Dilapidations, reinstatement cost assessments, and party wall matters
Supporting senior colleagues and contributing to client relationships
What You’ll Bring
RICS qualification (MRICS or working towards)
Solid technical understanding across core building surveying disciplines
Strong communication skills and a client‑focused approach
Ability to manage your own workload while working collaboratively within a team
