How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Your role at a glance

    With significant plans for growth and global transformation, NTT GDC are now recruiting for a Talent & Development Coordinator ( known internally as Senior Associate Partner – Global Leadership Development & Performance ) supports the delivery and embedding of leadership development, performance management, and succession activities within assigned regions, functions, or client groups.

    This role works closely with the Senior Manager Leadership Development & Performance, the Senior Global Leadership Development & Performance Partner, HRBPs and global partners to ensure leaders are supported through key talent and performance processes. The Senior Associate Partner focuses on high-quality delivery, leader support, and operational excellence, contributing to a consistent and positive experience for leaders and employees.

    This is a full-time permanent role within a homebased working environment.

    What you will do

    Support the delivery of leadership development programmes, performance cycles, and succession activities within assigned scope.

    Coordinate programme logistics, communications, enrolments, and follow-up actions.

    Support managers and employees through key moments in the performance cycle.

    Act as a first point of contact for leaders and HRBPs on leadership development and performance related queries.

    Provide guidance on processes, tools, and expectations, escalating complex issues as needed.

    Support development planning and follow-up actions for identified talent.

    Deliver or support enablement sessions for managers and leaders.

    Contribute to the creation and maintenance of guides, FAQs, and learning resources.

    Support clear and timely communications related to programmes and cycles.

    Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in HR systems related to performance, succession, and development.

    Support reporting and tracking of participation, completion, and basic outcomes.

    Identify operational issues and suggest improvements.

    Work closely with Senior Global Partners and peers to ensure consistent delivery.

    Share feedback from leaders and HRBPs to inform improvements.

    Support additional Talent Management projects as required.

    What we are looking for

    Bachelor’s degree in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Experience in HR, L&D, or Talent Management roles.

    Experience supporting programmes, processes, or cycles at scale.

    Exposure to global organisations or matrix environments preferred.

    Good understanding of leadership development and performance processes.

    Strong organisational and coordination skills.

    Confident communicator with the ability to support managers professionally.

    Detail oriented and reliable in delivery.

    Comfortable working within established frameworks and guidance.
