📍 The Role: Quality Assurance Operative
You’ll play a key part in making sure our products are safe, high‑quality, and right first time.
Your day‑to‑day will include:
* Carrying out quality and food‑safety checks
* Taking samples and completing quality records
* Supporting investigations and continuous improvement
* Keeping the site clean, safe, and compliant
* Working closely with production and QA colleagues
* Helping new starters and supporting a positive team culture
This role suits someone who enjoys detail, teamwork, and taking pride in delivering quality.
👉 QA experience is helpful, but not essential — full training is provided.
⏰ Shift Pattern
Rotating weekly shift (Monday–Thursday only):
* Week 1: 5am – 3pm
* Week 2: 2pm – 12am
