The role
Support accurate invoice processing, reconciliations, and record-keeping in our finance system.
Key duties
Process and validate supplier invoices
Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documents
Check rates, dates, quantities, and additional charges
Raise and post credit notes where needed
Reconcile supplier statements with Accounts Payable
Maintain clear financial records and provide simple exception updates
You’ll need
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Confidence checking invoices and performing basic reconciliations
Clear communication with suppliers and internal teams
Experience in accounts payable is desirable
Comfortable using accounting software – training provided
