We are seeking an enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and experienced team. You'll support children's development through engaging learning experiences, contribute to the planning and delivery of the EYFS curriculum, and build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver and review exciting, developmentally appropriate activities in line with EYFS guidance
Observe and record children's progress, maintaining accurate learning journals
Create a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating environment that encourages exploration
Support children's emotional wellbeing, independence, and self-confidence
Work collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain outstanding care and education standards
About You:
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (essential)
Passionate about supporting children's early development and learning through play
Good understanding of EYFS and child-led learning approaches
Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills
A positive, caring and proactive attitude
