An opportunity exists for a Senior/ Quantity Surveyor to join our Sheffield office to deliver projects across residential, commercial and student sectors. The successful candidate will be offered excellent career development opportunities supported by our already varied and challenging portfolio of work.

Specific requirements:

 Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification

 Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365

 Ability to undertake cost planning at all project stages

 Advise on appropriate procurement strategies

 Prepare Bills of Quantities

 Ability to evaluate tender returns and negotiate tenders

 Experience of value engineering

 Ability to monitor project costs and experience of producing cashflows

 Experience of negotiating final accounts

 Experience of JCT Contracts

 Experience and knowledge of large-scale programme management
