Connect Appointments is recruiting an experienced HGV Mechanic to join a well-established industrial business based in Kirkcaldy on a full-time permanent basis, with a salary of up to £45,000 per annum.

Our client operates a busy facility with a fleet of HGV vehicles requiring ongoing maintenance within a heavy industrial environment, offering stable, long-term employment for the right candidate.

Full-time permanent position
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
£38,000 to £45,000 per annum dependent on experience
Very occasional back shift and weekend cover requiredAs an HGV Mechanic, your duties will include:

Carrying out regular servicing and preventative maintenance across a range of makes and models
Responding to and resolving breakdown situations efficiently
Maintaining accurate service, maintenance and compliance records
Ensuring all work meets relevant safety standardsTo be considered as an HGV Mechanic, you will need:

A minimum of 3 years experience working on HGV units and trailers
A valid UK driving licence
