Responsibilities
* Install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in accordance with safety regulations and technical specifications.
* Troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently and effectively, implementing appropriate solutions.
* Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to guide installation and repairs.
* Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete electrical tasks with precision.
* Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or faults.
* Ensure all work complies with current electrical codes and safety standards.
* Document work completed and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
* Collaborate with other tradespeople and project managers to ensure timely project completion.
Experience
* Proven experience as an Electrician within commercial or industrial settings is preferred.
* Proficiency in using hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, etc., as well as power tools like drills and saws.
* Demonstrable electrical experience with a solid understanding of wiring methods, circuit design, and safety protocols.
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical installation or maintenance are desirable.
