£32,000 – £50,000 Basic | £10,000 – £12,000 Bonus

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm), 1 in 4 Saturdays
We’re currently recruiting for a Vehicle Technician to join a busy and well-established main dealership in New Southgate.
This opportunity is open to technicians at all levels — from Service Technician through to Master Technician — offering excellent earning potential, a strong bonus structure and clear career progression.
The Role
Working within a professional workshop environment, you’ll be responsible for carrying out a range of servicing, maintenance and diagnostic tasks.
* Servicing and maintenance of vehicles to manufacturer standards
* Diagnosing faults using the latest diagnostic equipment
* Carrying out repairs efficiently and accurately
* Completing job cards and maintaining high levels of workmanship
* Supporting team productivity and workshop efficiency
What We’re Looking For
* Experience as a Vehicle Technician within the motor trade
* Open to all levels: Service, Diagnostic or Master Technician
* Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills (especially for senior levels)
* A team player with a positive and professional attitude
* Full UK Driving Licence
What’s On Offer
* £32,000 – £50,000 basic salary (depending on experience/level)
* £10,000 – £12,000 bonus
* Monday to Friday only – no weekends
