About the Role:
As an Attendance Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring and promoting excellent attendance across the school. You will work closely with students, parents, and staff to identify attendance concerns and implement effective strategies to support improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor daily attendance and maintain accurate records
* Follow up on absences and lateness with students and parents
* Work collaboratively with pastoral teams to support pupils at risk of persistent absence
* Produce attendance reports and analyse data to identify trends
* Support the implementation of whole-school attendance initiatives

Requirements:
* Previous experience in an attendance, admin, or school-based role (preferred)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
* A proactive and solution-focused approach
* Experience using Bromcom
