What You'll Do:
As a Refuse and Recycling Loader, you will play a vital role in keeping our community clean and green. Your responsibilities will include:
Loading with Care: Work alongside crew members to load refuse and recycling materials onto vehicles, following daily schedules and ensuring safety compliance.
Customer Engagement: Provide helpful information and advice to residents regarding waste types and container usage, fostering a positive relationship with the community.
Health & Safety First: Adhere to all health and safety policies, reporting any issues that may affect service delivery immediately.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor temporary staff, leading by example and ensuring all work is performed to the highest standards.
Problem Solving: Adjust work routines daily to accommodate road closures, weather conditions, and other interruptions while ensuring programmed rounds are completed.
High Standards of Care: Ensure that refuse and recycling materials are collected professionally and that customer service is upheld by addressing queries and complaints effectively.What We're Looking For:

Strong knowledge of health and safety compliance and waste management practices.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents and team members.
