Responsibilities
* Provide direct support to children and individuals, assisting with daily activities and personal care.
* Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of each child or client.
* Communicate effectively with children, families, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to care.
* Assist with educational activities and encourage participation in social interactions.
* Maintain accurate records of progress and any changes in behaviour or health.
* Accompany the children on trips and leisure activities
* Work with team members to enhance the quality of care provided.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working with children or in childcare settings is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.
* Driving licence.
* Ability to develop and follow care plans effectively.
* A compassionate approach towards supporting individuals in their daily lives is crucial.
