About the Role
You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering our marketing strategy, helping us engage both new and existing customers. We’re looking for someone confident, proactive, and capable of managing multiple marketing channels effectively.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking

Develop visual content, ensuring strong and consistent branding across all materials
*
Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms
*
Leverage CRM systems to market to both new prospects and existing clients/candidates
*
Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on data and results
*
Collaborate with the team to align marketing efforts with business goals
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a similar freelance or contract marketing role
*
Demonstrable success in email marketing, social media, and CRM-based campaigns
*
Strong design sense and ability to produce or direct graphics and branded content
*
A self-starter who is motivated by results and ROI
*
Someone who takes genuine pride in their work and its impact

Excellent communication and organisational skills
