We are currently recruiting for a Junior Shift Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing environment based in Cradley Heath. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their engineering career who is looking to develop their skills within a supportive maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities
* Support maintenance and repair of production machinery and site equipment
* Assist with responding to breakdowns to minimise downtime
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks
* Work alongside senior engineers to troubleshoot faults
* Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and in line with procedures
Requirements
* Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a shift-based engineering team
* Good awareness of health and safety practices
