Key Responsibilities

Execute high‑quality MIG welding on structural steel components
Interpret and work from detailed fabrication and engineering drawings
Measure, cut, assemble, and prepare steel using a variety of fabrication machinery
Maintain strict adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards
Work efficiently both independently and within a team to achieve project deadlines
Candidate Profile

Demonstrable experience in MIG welding and structural steel fabrication
Confident in reading and interpreting technical drawings
Competent with fabrication tools and equipment, including grinders, saws, and drills
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding workmanship
Relevant qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) advantageous
CSCS card beneficial but not essential
Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to maintaining a safe working environment
