Job Responsibilities
Support teachers in managing class behaviour
Setting up and running some activities
To understand the classroom roles and responsibilities
Getting the classroom ready for lessons
Ensure safeguarding regulations are consistently adhered to Preferred Skills
Previous experience working with children
Resilience and a great work ethic
Feel comfortable receiving direction from the classroom teacher
Working with small groups and 1:1
