A highly regarded Special Needs School in Camden is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team. The school supports pupils aged 3-19 with severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and complex medical needs.
The Role
Deliver tailored, inclusive teaching for pupils with complex SEN needs
Plan, assess and monitor individual progress
Adapt teaching to support diverse learning and communication needs
Work within a multi-disciplinary and supportive team
Requirements
Positive, proactive and resilient attitude
Strong commitment to special education and inclusion
Experience in SEN or transferable mainstream teaching
Ability to differentiate and adapt teaching approaches
Reflective practitioner with a focus on continuous development
