Responsibilities as a Criminal Defence Solicitor:
Managing a varied caseload of criminal defence matters from instruction to completion
Representing clients at Police Stations and Magistrates’ Courts
Providing expert legal advice on a wide range of criminal matters
Preparing cases, including drafting legal documents and liaising with counselAbout you as a Criminal Defence Solicitor:
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ – 2 years PQE in Criminal Law)
Police Station Accreditation (preferred but not essential)
Strong understanding of criminal law and procedures
