Key Responsibilities:
As Kitchen Porter, you'll play a vital role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly:
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including pot wash, utensils, and equipment
Ensure all areas meet food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
Support chefs with basic food preparation when required
Keep storage areas organised and well stocked
Assist with deliveries and ensure correct storage of goods
Manage waste disposal in line with environmental and hygiene standards
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure an efficient service
