About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking warehouse operative to join our busy distribution team in Chelmsford Maldon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
Loading and unloading deliveries
Operating warehouse equipment (training provided where needed)
Stock checks, replenishment, and general warehouse maintenance
Ensuring all Health & Safety procedures are followed
Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines
About You
Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
