MBR Dental is working with a well-established, high-end dental practice in Liverpool, currently looking for a Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
What’s on offer

* Full-time position – 5 days per week
* Monday to Friday – hours to be agreed
* Salary up to £45,000 per year, depending on experience
* Annual bonus of up to £5,000 based on practice performance

About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern, forward-thinking private practice with a strong focus on patient care and team development. As Practice Manager, you’ll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while helping to drive its continued growth and success.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing the daily operations of the practice
* Supporting and developing the team
* Ensuring systems and processes run efficiently and in line with compliance standards
* Managing HR duties, staff performance, and training
* Monitoring KPIs, revenue, and stock control
* Leading on marketing initiatives and patient experience improvements
About you
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Dental Practice Manager in the UK
* A confident, organised, and proactive leader
* Passionate about delivering excellent patient care
* Motivated to inspire and support a team
* Valid DBS check
