💼 The Role
Supporting students with Autism (verbal and non-verbal) and complex needs
Working closely with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised, student-centred learning
Building strong, positive relationships to support emotional regulation and engagement
Helping students develop independence, confidence, and social skills
💰 Pay
£105 – £120 per day
Based on experience, particularly with complex needs and ASC support
