This role will see you managing projects from award through to installation and handover, working closely with clients, designers, and workshop teams.
The role:
* Managing joinery projects from pre-start through to completion
* Coordinating design, manufacture, and installation
* Leading client meetings and acting as the main point of contact
* Managing programmes, budgets, and project risks
* Overseeing subcontractors and site installation
* Handling variations, valuations, and final accounts
* Ensuring quality, H&S, and compliance standards are met
What I’m looking for:
* Proven experience delivering joinery or fit-out projects
* Strong understanding of bespoke joinery
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Good commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
* Strong communication and organisational skills
Desirable:
* High-end residential or commercial project experience
* SMSTS / CSCS (Manager level)
* NVQ Level 6/7 in Construction Management
