Key Responsibilities:
Lead commercial management across high-value, bespoke projects

Oversee cost planning, forecasting, valuations, and contractual matters
Provide strategic advice on procurement, risk, and contract administration
Act as a key client-facing representative, ensuring quality and commercial excellence

About You:
MRICS-qualified with strong experience on high-value, complex projects
Proven leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring a small team
Confident in client-facing, commercial, and contractual roles
Highly organized, meticulous, and capable of delivering excellence consistently
