We are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Coalville. You will play a key role in managing orders, resolving queries and ensuring a positive customer experience at every stage.
About the RoleMain Responsibilities
•Manage the sales and vendor order processes, ensuring efficient administration and high customer satisfaction.
•Proactively engage with customers via our Antalis Web Chat Facility, managing customer queries efficiently and escalate when required.
•Work closely with Sales, Logistics and Credit Control to resolve customer queries.
•Identify process improvements and support best practice across the team by sharing learnt lessons to the wider team.
•Ensure compliance with company processes and meet daily KPI and performance targets.
