Senior Project Manager – Industrial New Build

Location: Luton
Job Type: Temporary / Temp-to-Perm / Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a new build industrial project based in Luton. This role requires a highly competent individual with a proven track record in managing steel frame industrial developments from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

* Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of the project

* Ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard

* Manage and coordinate all site activities, including subcontractors and suppliers

* Lead and support site teams to achieve programme targets

* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

* Oversee and coordinate all temporary works in line with regulations

* Provide regular progress reports to senior stakeholders

* Identify and manage project risks and issues

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on industrial new build projects

* Strong experience delivering steel frame construction projects

* Valid Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) certification

* Strong leadership and organisational skills

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
