Quantity Surveyor

A close-knit cost consultancy that specialises in London Prime and Super Prime residential and commercial projects are looking to add an ambitious and hard-working Quantity Surveyor to their team.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

Working closely with the and Director, the Quantity Surveyor will take the lead on Prime and Super Prime Residential projects across London with projects values from £3m - £25m.

As well as being involved in project delivery, the successful Quantity Surveyor shall have the opportunity to get involved in mentoring/management and undertaking client facing roles.

The Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
Minimum of 4 years Quantity Surveying experience
High End Residential experience would be ideal
Worked within a PQS / Construction Consultancy practice
Good pre and post contract knowledgeIn Return?

£55,000 - £65,000
