Role: Product Designer
Location: Remote
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Product Designer to own the design of Joveo's product
experiences end-to-end — from early user research and problem framing
through to polished, production-ready UI. You will be a full-cycle
designer who thinks in systems and ships work that is both beautiful
and deeply functional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design for product features — discovery, wireframing, and final UI
- Conduct and synthesize user research to validate design decisions
- Build interactive prototypes to communicate and test design concepts quickly
- Collaborate with engineering, PM, and data teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Contribute to and evolve the product design system
- Present design rationale clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback constructively
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong portfolio showing full design process from research to shipped product
- Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Experience working as an embedded product designer within an engineering-led team
- Balance of UX thinking and high-quality visual UI execution
- Ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple concurrent projects
- Familiarity with frontend implementation basics to support smooth engineering handoff
