Role: UX Designer
Location: Remote
Role Overview:
We are hiring a UX Designer to craft intuitive, research-backed user
experiences across Joveo's platform. You will turn complex workflows
into simple, elegant interfaces — advocating for users at every stage
of the product development process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for new features
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver feasible, user-centered designs
- Develop and maintain UX documentation including journey maps and design specifications
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and qualitative insights
- Contribute to and maintain Joveo's design system and interaction standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process — research, wireframing, and final design
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools
- Experience conducting and synthesizing user research and usability studies
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams
- Strong systems thinking — ability to design for complex, multi-step user flows
