Quality & Audit Administrator

We are looking for a highly organised and detail focused Quality and Audit Administrator to support our Quality, Improvement and Audit Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing documents, coordinating audits and contributing to continuous improvement across the business. You will provide essential administrative support, maintain key systems and help ensure our internal processes remain accurate, efficient and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and upload documents
- Support the drafting and formatting of processes, procedures and supporting documents
- Maintain the document register and SharePoint libraries, including review dates and ownership
- Carry out scheduled maintenance
- Assist in producing reports on performance, including usage and training information
- Monitor leavers lists and support reassignment of document owners
- Support Quality and Audit training and event administration
- Maintain internal and external audit and assessment programmes
- Liaise with auditors and auditees to coordinate audit schedules and requirements
- Prepare, format and publish audit and assessment reports and certifications within agreed timescales
Essential Skills and Requirements
- Good general education to GCSE level
- Experience working in an office environment
- Interest in quality, improvement and process management
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Proficiency in IT software including Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint (or willingness to learn)
- Familiarity with document management or process management systems such as SharePoint (or willingness to learn)
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexible and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to contribute positively to team discussions and continuous improvement
