How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    FUJIFILM Healthcare UK are looking for a Pulmonology Product Specialist to manage the lifecycle and commercial success of downstream bronchoscopy products within the UK market. This role involves strategic product management, cross-functional collaboration, and market analysis to drive product growth, ensure alignment with clinical needs, and support sales initiatives.


    Candidate Location: London Area


    What you'll do:

    • Act as an ambassador of Fujifilm Healthcare’s Pulmo-Solutions strategic vision
    • Achievement of Company sales, profit margins and product targets for their area.
    • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for downstream bronchoscopy devices and consumables in alignment with business goals.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Collaborate with clinical experts to understand customer needs and ensure products meet market demands.
    • Develop Key Opinion Leaders and clinical ambassadors.
    • Support sales teams with product knowledge, marketing materials, and clinical trials at application level to drive commercial success.
    • Manage the product lifecycle, including new product launches, updates, and end-of-life decisions.
    • Work closely with regulatory and quality teams to ensure compliance with applicable standards.


    What you'll need:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field (a relevant master’s degree or MBA is advantageous), or proven experience (typically 3+ years) in product management within medical devices, preferably in respiratory or bronchoscopy-related products.
    • Strong understanding of bronchoscopy procedures, products, and clinical environment.
    • Excellent knowledge of the UK healthcare market, NHS procurement processes, and regulatory landscape (e.g., MHRA, UKCA).
    • Demonstrated ability to analyse market trends and customer requirements.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
    • Proficient in project management and product lifecycle management tools
    • Full UK Clean Driving Licence
