What You’ll Be Doing
- Producing high-quality breads and viennoiserie at scale
- Laminating doughs to a high standard
- Maintaining consistency across all products
- Leading or supporting a night team in a fast-paced production setting
- Upholding quality control and food safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in artisan baking and lamination
- Confident working in high-volume production environments
- For senior roles: team leadership and mentoring experience
- A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for quality
- Comfortable working night shifts
Shifts
- Night shifts (typically between late afternoon and finishing around 12.30am)
- Full-time: approx. 45 hours per week
